The Opportunity

We're looking for 4 x Freelance Sales Associates based anywhere in Africa to help us expand our reach across Africa. This is a remote, flexible role with a weekly Friday morning status check-in.

You'll work closely with our Lead Consultant to drive consultancy, coaching and event attendance targets and build strong client relationships across Africa.

*There is an opportunity for top performers to transition into a permanent role.*

What You'll Do

  1. Research, build, and maintain an accurate database of leaders across Africa to market our solutions.

  2. Manage the full sales cycle with potential and existing clients (Generate leads, qualify leads connect with potential clients, overcome objections, close the sale, collect payments, deliver the solution and nurture relationships post the programme) ,

  3. Meet and exceed set targets through strategic sales and account management.

  4. Collaborate with other team players to drive partnerships and client relationships, sales, and lead

  5. Cultivate relationships with leaders across Africa to channel them to attend or subscribe to any of our solutions.

  6. Identify and share opportunities for consulting, coaching, workshops, and presentations beyond events.

  7. Provide market insights to refine our offerings and maximize impact.

  8. Support event management and administration as needed.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (experience in leadership development and event sales is a plus).
  • An active database and network of business leaders across Africa (a big plus).
  • Be comfortable selling to and influencing leaders across Africa.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to build trust-based, value-adding relationships with senior executives from Africa.
  • Access to reliable internet and telephone line—to keep in touch and do the work.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • The drive to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • The ability to work independently, self-motivate and be accountable while collaborating within a dynamic team.
