Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Greater Taung. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating training programs, managing training schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of training initiatives. You will also collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop materials, and evaluate program effectiveness. Your role will involve coordinating resources, maintaining training records, and supporting the professional development of employees to enhance both individual and organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in training coordination, resource scheduling, and event planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and training methodologies
- Technical skills such as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Familiarity with tools and technologies in IT services, data integration, and data management (e.g., Informatica MDM, IDMC Cloud solutions, data modeling)
- Experience in data analysis, quality management, and agile practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
