We require an experienced Sales Administrator/Receptionist who will be based in our Paarl showroom.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performing reception duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Accurately capturing orders, working on all platforms - whatsapp lines, orders box, book orders, back orders, RPOS and banking
  • Following up on customer queries
  • Providing support to our sales team
  • Driving sales through excellent customer service
  • Assisting in the showroom when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Matric
  • have a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Hertex products / systems advantageous
  • excellent administration skills
  • be computer literate
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be able  to work under pressure
  • be meticulous and detail-orientated
  • enjoy being part of a team
