Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zone Controller based in Cape Town. The Zone Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations and logistics within a designated zone. This includes monitoring workflows, coordinating with team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering efficient solutions to operational challenges. The role also involves reporting and analyzing performance data to improve service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in operations management, logistics, or related field
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll processes is a plus
  • Proficiency with data analysis and performance reporting
  • Ability to work on-site and interact with team members directly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
