Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time HR Manager role based in the Germiston Metropolitan Area. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing and managing HR policies, benefits administration, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will act as a key advisor to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning and talent development strategies to support company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Expertise in employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in performance management, HR policies, and benefits administration
  • Ability to develop organizational development programs and foster workplace culture
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work on-site, effectively manage HR systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Previous experience in the mining, engineering, or related industries is an advantage
