We have a Shift Supervisor position available on a 3-month contract Duties & Responsibilities Shift Supervisor

Job Description:
Report to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid-Career yrs exp)
Region: Gauteng
Location: Centurion (Pretoria)
Type: 3-month contract

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruit casual labour as and when required.
  • Ensure employment contracts for all employees in place, with relevant documents.
  • Ensure all staff undergo medical examination and annual renewals.
  • Conduct disciplinary hearings as per company process.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of all proceedings.
  • Ensure invoicing is finalized timely.
  • Verify correctness of timesheets and submit per workflow.
  • Adhere to compliance focal points.
  • Inspect PPE store daily for quality and quantity.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • 1+ year experience in TES environment
  • Knowledge of Food Manufacturing environment (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and OHSCAT (advantageous)
  • Matric
  • Driving License
