Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at our location in Paarl. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients' day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis and reports. The role also includes overseeing payroll processing, tax compliance, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Senior Accountant will work closely with other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with all financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in bookkeeping and management accounting skills - CA/SAIPA/CIMA qualified beneficial
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and tax compliance
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory capacity will be considered an advantage.

Salary expectation: 25, ,000 (depending on qualification and experience)
