Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer based in the City of Cape Town. The role involves developing software solutions, managing back-end web development tasks, and collaborating with teams to design and build robust applications. The Software Engineer will follow programming best practices, utilize object-oriented programming, and ensure timely execution of development projects. While the role is based in Cape Town, some remote work is available, offering flexibility to the candidate.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, with an understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in creating scalable and efficient applications.
  • Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
