Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for various software development tasks including back-end web development, programming, and utilizing object-oriented programming principles. Daily tasks will include debugging, maintaining code, collaborating with team members, and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality software output.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and Software Development
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
