We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our South African marketing team. You will help execute regional campaigns, manage digital channels, update localised content, and assist with reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with demand generation in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with execution of regional marketing campaigns and digital programs
• Support content localisation and landing page edits in HubSpot CMS
• Coordinate campaign assets, email sends, and social publishing
• Maintain marketing reporting dashboards and help pull campaign performance data
• Collaborate with central and regional teams to keep SA marketing activities on track
• Support regional paid media (LinkedIn/Facebook) with asset uploads and QA
• Manage internal requests and marketing admin tasks (e.g., content uploads, asset tagging)

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Google Sheets)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
