What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and innovate on cutting-edge machinery with the team.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Mechatronics degree (obviously, we're all about that technical foundation).
• You have between 1-5 years of experience in the field — whether that means building machines in the lab or working on live projects.
• You love to tinker on the weekends or at night, whether it's pimping out your 1965 Mustang, building model aircraft, or launching rockets — if it's got gears, wires, or engines, you're there.
• You have an undeniable passion for all things tech and engineering.
• You're someone who is eager to adapt, learn, and fail forward.
• You understand that simplicity and efficiency are key to creating great solutions, but you're not afraid to push boundaries.
• You know that relationships matter — it's all about collaboration and teamwork.
• You're ready to grit through challenges and come out on top, always with a smile.
