General:

We are a cosmetic sales based company located at O.R Tambo International Airport and are looking to expand our team. We require driven, confident and committed sales staff to be part of our team, if you possess a unique combination of skills to drive sales and achieve targets then please apply with your CV and we will be in touch.

Requirements:

  • South African
  • Between years old
  • Must reside near O.R Tambo Airport
  • Minimum 2 years previous sales experience

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Morning shift - 6h00am – 2h00pm & evening shift 2h00pm – 10h00pm
  • Both shifts require daily stock/inventory to be accounted for
  • Personal appearance in sales is a necessary and important part of the job
  • You will be required to demonstrate the product to prospective clients and motivate them to purchase your product
  • Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values
  • Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently
  • Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out
  • Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, even if the customers are expressing concerns about the product or service.
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R4 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
