Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients to expand and maintain their accounts.

  • Managing daily account operations, which include promptly addressing customer inquiries, forecasting, coordinating services, and ordering new products.

  • Proactively generating new leads and converting existing leads to drive business growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time position based in Kempton Park, servicing the South of Jhb, the Vaal and surrounding areas. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for various tasks, including technical sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication with our clients. You will also be responsible for providing training to customers on the proper use of our tape products.
