Qualifications and Experience required:

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline – or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Solid understanding and application of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) for managing sprints and product backlogs.

• Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices.

• ISTQB certification would be a strong advantage
