The Job:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scrum & Project Management: Lead roadmap planning, sprint sessions, and daily stand-ups to align teams and drive project momentum.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Define milestones, estimate delivery timelines, and communicate progress and risks effectively.
  • Risk & Quality Oversight: Identify project risks early, escalate issues, and ensure that delivery meets time, budget, and scope requirements.
  • Release Coordination: Oversee regular software releases, ensuring that they are tested, communicated, and compliant with internal processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate team retrospectives and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Relevant Education and Certifications: A tertiary qualification and Scrum Master or Project Management Certification are highly recommended.
  • Industry Experience: Proven success in IT/software project delivery, with technical knowledge being a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and training abilities are a strong advantage.
