To provide appropriate analyses, insights and recommendations into the development and customisation of customer value propositions (CVP) for an allocated sub-segment of Clients (e.g., Private, Prestige, Professional, etc.).

Personal and Private Banking

3-4 years

Experience in sourcing and providing relevant data analyses, strategic insights and recommendations for the development of customer value propositions. Knowledge of the bank's products, systems and processes. Knowledge of the digital environment and how it relates to the banking industry. Good understanding of behavioural economics and its practical application. Experience in reporting, e.g. the ability to build a PowerBI report and other reporting data for day-to-day reporting for the segment
