We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing creative agency

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams — helping to bring bold ideas to life, build lasting relationships, and deliver high-quality work that drives real impact. You'll work closely with an Account Manager, Account Director, and Business Unit Director, learning the ropes while managing key projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly — on time and on budget.

What You'll Do

  • Support the client service team with day-to-day project and administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Manage briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creatives, designers, strategists, and producers to deliver brilliant work.
  • Track resources, deadlines, and feedback to keep projects moving seamlessly
  • Raise cost estimates, manage invoicing, and follow up on POs.
  • Stay curious and connected — understanding each client's business goals and aligning agency efforts to meet them.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–3 years' experience in a creative or advertising agency
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CHASE or Trello (a bonus, not a must)
  • A passion for advertising and staying ahead of industry trends.
