Location:
Sunderland Ridge, Centurion, Pretoria, Gauteng

Salary:
R5,500 – R9,500 per month + Commission + Incentives

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

About the Role

We're looking for motivated and professional Call Centre Agents to join our growing team at WSE. You'll engage with an existing customer base and make outbound cold calls to generate sales, renew contracts, and upsell our range of telecommunications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers daily.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage and update customer information accurately on the system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.
  • Follow scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Report call outcomes and feedback to the team leader.
  • Participate in regular training and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Computer literate – able to work confidently with email, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Previous call centre or sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and target-driven.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification preferred.
