Job description

The purpose of this position is to coordinate all aspects of project execution, including technical delivery, scheduling, cost control and progress monitoring.  Ensuring successful completion in line with company strategies, commitments, goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Coordination, lead end-to-end project execution, including evaluation, budgeting, planning, procurement, scheduling, and documentation. Oversee manpower and resource allocation, conduct site surveys, and ensure project profitability and efficiency.
• Technical Oversight & Quality Control, ensure all issued drawings and technical information meet client and contract requirements. Coordinate with the QA/QC department on project preparation (e.g., welding books, WPS, selection of qualified welders) and on NDT requirements during fabrication. Coordinate with QA and Safety departments on continuous improvement of systems and procedures.
• Resource & Manpower Management, oversee manpower utilization and resource allocation at the project level. Coordinate and monitor key resources with workshop foremen and team leaders, including Equipment: type, quantity, and adaptation to workload. Stock: consumables, hand tools, and raw materials. Maintenance: scheduling, frequency, and expense control. Organize procurement of raw materials and consumables for projects, workshop, yard, and offices, as authorized by management.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance, Ensure compliance with all company health, safety, environmental, quality, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Client Relations & Business Development, liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify technical aspects of projects.
  Identify and develop new clients and markets, establishing commercial contacts in coordination with management.
• Leadership & Training, supervise, mentor, and train Project Engineers throughout all project stages. Participate in the development and implementation of company QA and safety systems.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Fabrication & People Management
• B.Eng. or BTech Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the Engineering, Oil & Gas & Nuclear Power related technical requirements
