About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer
 with solid experience across brand design, layout, and
print production setup
. This role blends creativity with technical precision — you'll develop visually compelling work while ensuring every asset is set up correctly for print, packaging, and other physical applications.

What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality visual assets across brand, marketing, and campaign materials
  • Prepare and package artwork for print, following printer specifications
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop brand-forward design solutions
  • Maintain consistency across visual deliverables and brand systems
  • Review proofs, troubleshoot print-related issues, and manage final file handovers
  • Stay current with print processes, materials, and production best practices

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional design experience
    , ideally within an agency or studio environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Deep understanding of print production, colour profiles, finishes, and file setup
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Excellent attention to detail (yes, we 
    do
     zoom to 400%)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing your cool
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for brand-led design
