About the Role

We are seeking a mature, creative, and experienced Marketing – Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist
 to take full ownership of our company's visual identity, social media presence, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate will have at least 
7 years of experience
 in design and digital marketing, with a proven ability to manage brand consistency, create engaging visual content, and execute a cohesive social media strategy.

This position requires a hands-on individual who can manage all aspects of our marketing design and social media activities — from concept to execution — while maintaining a professional, positive, and relevant brand image across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Brand Collateral

• Design 
  brochures
  , 
  flyers
  , and 
  marketing materials
   for clients, highlighting our products, services, and benefits.
• Create 
  digital and print collateral
  , including posters, banners, and advertisements
• Design and update 
  email signatures
  , letterheads, and other corporate templates.
• Develop 
  PowerPoint presentations
   for client pitches, internal meetings, and events.
• Work with external suppliers to create 
  corporate and product videos
  , ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist with 
  app page design
   and layout to ensure visual consistency across digital platforms.

2. Social Media Management

• Develop and implement a 
  comprehensive social media strategy
   to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage and post regular content on all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Oversee and manage the 
  Director's LinkedIn pages
   and other professional profiles.
• Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports on engagement and growth.
• Respond to online queries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the company's tone, brand, and marketing goals.

3. Digital Marketing & Communication Support

• Support the development of 
  email marketing campaigns
   and newsletters.
• Ensure consistent 
  branding and messaging
   across all digital and print media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute 
  marketing campaigns
  .
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the 
  company website
   (basic content management).
• Proactively identify opportunities to 
  enhance the company's online reputation
   and visibility.

4. Brand Management

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Uphold the company's visual identity standards and evolve design templates where appropriate.
• Keep up to date with design, digital, and marketing trends to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements

• Minimum 
  7 years' proven experience
   in Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in 
  Adobe Creative Suite
   (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
• Strong understanding of 
  social media platforms
   (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices.
• Excellent 
  copywriting and communication skills
  .
• Experience managing 
  corporate social media accounts
   and reporting on analytics.
• Basic understanding of 
  digital marketing principles
  , SEO, and paid social campaigns is advantageous.
• Ability to 
  work independently
  , manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Mature, professional, and self-driven
  , with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
