Our client is embarking on an exciting ERP transformation journey and is seeking an Intermediate Technical Project Manager to lead this pivotal implementation. This is a 6-month hybrid contract offering the perfect balance of office collaboration (3 days onsite) and flexibility (2 days remote).

As the Technical Project Manager, you'll work alongside talented professionals, including developers, business analysts, and architects, to deliver a high-impact ERP solution that enhances business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end project management
    of the System / ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate Agile or Waterfall methodologies as required by the project.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and integration challenges.
  • Oversee testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
    , or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (
    PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum
    ) beneficial.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years' experience in
    IT Project Management
    , ideally within
    ERP or software systems
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    software development lifecycles
    and
    system integration
    .
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) advantageous.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as
