Position Overview

We are recruiting Health Professionals (Nurses, biokineticists, & dietitians) to join our dynamic wellness team as independent contractors for project-based Wellness Days and corporate health interventions. This is an opportunity to work with a trusted, professional, and outcomes-driven company, delivering claimable services to our clients with excellence and care.

What the Role Entails

  • Conduct health screenings, including:
  • Blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, BMI, and waist circumference
  • HIV testing and counselling
  • Flu vaccinations
  • Pap smears, PSA testing, and other clinical assessments
  • Provide lifestyle and wellness education to participants
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records
  • Work alongside other health professionals to ensure smooth event operations
  • Represent LMED professionally at all times, upholding our commitment to quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Current SANC Registration (South African Nursing Council)
  • Valid HPCSA/SANC Certificate
  • Copy of ID
  • Police Clearance Certificate (valid within last 6 months)
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Patient Focus Training Certificate
  • Basic HIV course for Health Professionals
  • Own vehicle is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in delivering patient-focused care
  • Must already be onboarded with Discovery (This is a strict requirement, the position is only for discovery onboarded nurses)
