Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the City of Johannesburg. The Junior Retentions Agent will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction to retain business. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, providing support and solutions, analyzing account data, and working closely with the team to maintain high retention rates.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic retention plans
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer support or retention role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
