*Responsibilities:*

  • Source and attract top talent for client vacancies

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and managers

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidates

  • Headhunt passive candidates and persuade them to join our team

  • Meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidates

*Requirements:*

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment or similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read people and build rapport quickly

  • Proficient in recruitment software and social media

  • Self-motivated and results-driven
