Job Title: Senior SAP BTP Developer

Location: Johannesburg / Hybrid (3 days onsite (Mondays and Fridays mandatory).

Contract position until 30 June 2026

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP BTP Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions. Youll work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications within the SAP ecosystem.

Experience:
  • 8+ years in SAP development, with at least 3 years on BTP
  • Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy applications using SAP BTP services (CAP, Workflow, Business Rules, API Management, Integration Suite).
  • Build scalable, secure solutions leveraging BTP development frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
  • Ensure performance optimization, logging, and error handling across BTP applications. Maintain technical documentation and support testing cycles (unit, E2E, regression).
Core Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SAP BTP development technologies (CAP, , Java, OData, CDS).
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and multi-target applications.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts (CPI, APIs) is advantageous but not mandatory. Agile delivery experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
