Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Party Band, including musicians, singers, and other performers

- Create and maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere for guests onboard the  cruise ship

- Collaborate with other entertainment staff to plan and execute performances and events

- Rehearse with the band regularly to ensure high-quality performances

- Select and arrange music repertoire for the band

- Communicate with cruise ship staff to coordinate performance schedules and logistics

- Maintain and update equipment and instruments used by the band

- Provide guidance and support to band members to improve their skills and performance

- Ensure the band follows all safety and security protocols on board

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a band leader or similar role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent musical abilities and knowledge of various music genres

- Experience performing in a party band setting

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

- Flexibility to adapt to changing performance schedules and demands

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
