Job Description

We're looking to connect with passionate Paid Media Analysts for future opportunities within our growing Paid Media capability. You may be aligned to one of our core teams - Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media where you'll work with global brands, leading platforms, and cutting-edge technology to deliver measurable digital performance.

As part of our collaborative team, you'll gain hands-on experience across campaign strategy, activation, optimisation, reporting, and client servicing, while developing your expertise across multiple paid media channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media channels.

• Manage campaign builds, pacing, troubleshooting, and budget delivery.

• Track campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports.

• Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SA360, Skai) to identify insights and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated paid media solutions.

• Support client relationships with strong communication, insights, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in at least one Paid Media discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media).

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, Amazon Ad Console/DSP, or equivalent DSPs (The Trade Desk)

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

• Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign delivery.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable solving problems independently.

• Curious, data-driven, and eager to learn across multiple paid media channels.
