to scale and manage our performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid social channels.

  • You have no experience managing paid
    social campaigns across multiple markets
    (countries and/or regions).

What You'll Be Doing

You will take the lead on
Meta Ads strategy and optimisation
, while driving high-performance paid social campaigns across
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
, and potentially other platforms (e.g. YouTube, Snapchat). You must bring a proven track record in
conversion tracking, audience strategy, creative testing, and scaling budgets
profitably across markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns in
    Meta Ads Manager
    (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Build and optimise full-funnel paid social strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention).
  • Continuously improve
    CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
    across all campaigns.
  • Run and optimise campaigns on
    TikTok Ads
    and other social platforms where relevant.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot
    tracking
    (pixels, events, CAPI, UTM parameters, GA4 conversion tracking).
  • Conduct
    audience, creative, and messaging tests
    , including structured A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve
    ad creatives, video concepts, and landing pages
    .
  • Provide
    detailed performance reporting and analysis
    using dashboards and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets, Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Stay current with
    platform changes, algorithm updates, and social advertising trends
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years
    of hands-on experience managing
    paid social campaigns
    , with a strong focus on
    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    .
  • Proven experience
    personally managing large ad budgets
    (combined monthly budget of
    R 2 million+
    across paid social platforms).
  • Strong track record of running campaigns with
    clear conversion tracking
    (leads, purchases, subscriptions, app installs, etc.).
  • Confident with
    Meta Ads Manager
    and paid social best practices (structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions, creative testing).
  • Solid understanding of
    tracking and attribution
    : pixels, events, CAPI, UTM tags, GA4, and basic attribution models.
  • Advanced skills in
    analytics and reporting
    , including using spreadsheets to analyse performance and trends.
  • Excellent
    attention to detail, time management, and personal accountability
    .
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
    with clear performance targets.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience running
    TikTok Ads
    and/or
    YouTube campaigns
    as part of a broader social or performance strategy.
  • Experience with
    Shopify
    , landing page tools, and
    conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
    .
  • Experience with
    UGC- or creator-led campaigns
    , including briefing creators and testing different concepts.
  • Familiarity with
    Google Analytics (GA4)
    , and tools like
    Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
    .
  • Experience collaborating with designers/video editors on
    ad creative and motion/video assets
    .
  • Any exposure to
    Google Ads or Amazon Ads
    will be considered a plus, but is not required.
