Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to manage project planning, client communication, execution, and monitoring. The role involves coordinating with global teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project scope and create project documents such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), module-wise breakdown, and project plans.
  • Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate timelines clearly.
  • Conduct project meetings to ensure clear understanding of client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Manage project estimation activities and resource planning.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, review progress, track quality, and drive issue resolution with corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality project documents and data throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse project data and report findings to internal operations teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule all project-related activities with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Working proficiency in Spanish or French (preferred).
  • Experience in preparing project plans, WBS, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in IT/Software project environments (preferred but not mandatory).
