We are seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in Tier 2 support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for system-related issues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (M365 non-negotiable).
- Support and administer Windows Server environments.
- Assist with Dell storage systems and backup solutions.
- Monitor and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware.
- Support Cisco UCS systems and assist with routing and switching.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Dell storage and backup technologies.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
- Exposure to Cisco UCS and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
