Hire Resolve's client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst you will be expected to fully manage a small engagement from end-to-end. This includes meeting the client, gathering their requirements, documenting and sizing the requirements, project-managing
this requirement and taking it all the way to delivery whilst mentoring and managing others. 

Requirements: 
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst
  • Write functional specifications
  • Technically inclined
  • Build user stories and work alongside QA Engineers building test cases and acceptence criteria
  • Solid troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills for understanding project needs and providing feedback to stakeholders and team members
Responsibilities: 
  • Requirements collection and functional specification documentation
  • Supporting projects by conducting testing, reviewing, and resolving defects as required
  • Work closely with the Lead developer and Product Owner to align development efforts
  • Mentorship of less experienced Business Analysts
  • Form part of the delivery team in our SDCL (Scrum)
  • Some level of delivery management and prioritisation of features
  • Contribute to product development
