Senior Compliance Consultants
 who are passionate about detail, service, and making a difference. You'll help ensure our candidates are fully vetted and ready to make an impact in UK schools.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support candidates through the full vetting process
  • Keep our records accurate and up to date
  • Communicate with candidates to collect missing documents
  • Help candidates understand what's needed and how long clearance will take
  • Work with the sales and interview teams to speed up file completion
  • Make regular calls to candidates and respond to queries
  • Aim to meet weekly targets and contribute to team success
