Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Polokwane and Tzaneen for a Field Sales Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and managing relationships with retailers and wholesalers, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include monitoring market trends, reporting sales data, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service while continuously seeking new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in relationship management, customer service, and building professional networks
  • Analytical skills for market research and sales data reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable
  • Self-motivation, results-driven approach, and the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
  • Own transport not older than 5years
