We're Hiring: Customer Support Associate

(Part-Time | Hybrid | South Africa)

EZINK, a fast-growing global eCommerce brand specialising in premium temporary tattoos, is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in South Africa.

If you're tech-savvy, a confident communicator, and excited to grow with a dynamic global startup, this is the role for you.

About the Role:

This is a part-time hybrid position based in Cape Town, with the opportunity to grow into more hours based on performance. You'll be a key player in our customer experience team, managing day-to-day support queries and helping customers (globally) through the custom tattoo project.

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 10AM–2PM

(Work from office – Cape Town)

Friday: 10AM–2PM

(Work from home)

Pay: R2,500 per week (R125/hour)

Hours: 20 hours per week, with scope to scale up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support via our CRM (Gorgias) and Shopify.
  • Manage the custom tattoo order and design approval process.
  • Troubleshoot shipping or order issues with the operations team.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Maintain clear communication logs and ticket histories.

  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Confidence using tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Slack.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pick up new platforms.
  • Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced team.
