In this role, you'll manage everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and statutory reporting. What We Are Looking For
- Do you have experience in HR within a Contact Centre or BPO environment supporting 250+ employees?
- Are you confident navigating South African labour laws and handling disciplinary processes, including CCMA?
- Can you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality?
- Do you have strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and managers at all levels?
- Do you hold a relevant HR qualification or certification?

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
- Bachelor's degree or HR-related certification.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies.
- Must be based in Cape Town, as this is an on-site role.
