Production Lead – Biomass

Geo Culture Biomass (Pty) Ltd is looking for a skilled, motivated, and hands-on Biomass & Wood Shavings Production Lead to manage production at our existing wood shavings plant and help commission our new biomass facility at Lourensford Wine Estate, Somerset West.
This is a key leadership position for someone who enjoys building structure, improving and implementing systems, and leading by example in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Requirements:
• Relevant technical qualification (mechanical, electrical, or production engineering) – essential
• Proven production management experience, preferably in biomass, wood processing, or related industries
• Strong process-driven mindset and focus on efficiency and quality
• Safety awareness and attention to operational standards
• Strong practical and problem-solving ability
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Hands-on, structured, and system-driven approach
Location: Lourensford Wine Estate, Somerset West
