Introduction

An established organisation within the financial services and health insurance sector is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive corporate and B2B business growth.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, target-driven professional with a proven track record in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and nurturing strong corporate relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new corporate and B2B business opportunities.

  • Conduct needs analysis with potential clients, recommending strategic, value-driven solutions.

  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on monthly performance.

  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Communicate updates on new products, services, and business opportunities.

  • Expand and develop B2B and corporate relationship networks.

  • Work both independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification and/or proven experience within Sales in the Financial Services sector.

  • RE1 and RE5 completed.

  • 10–15 years' experience in a sales environment, including at least 3 years in a senior corporate/B2B sales role.

  • Strong knowledge of health insurance and the broader financial services industry.

  • Established B2B and corporate networks with an active opportunity pipeline.

  • Understanding of channel distribution strategies within financial services.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Sales or relevant field.

  • Extensive experience in group health insurance (B2B).

  • Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets across multiple sales channels.

  • Highly driven, results-orientated, and recognised as a strong business generator ("rainmaker").
