Key Performance Areas: Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA's)

Task Complexity

Duties & Responsibilities:

accountable for sales and meeting sales targets


• accountable for cash and stock


• Provide consumer advice and education / share product knowledge


• Promotional stock merchandising


• Manage operations in store


• Warranties


• Returns


• OBF's


• Identify issues and resolve


• Communication, in outlet, and with company


• Maintain company's policies and procedures.


• Conduct actual system transactions eg. activations, suspensions, migrations etc.

Relevant paperwork and documentation.


• General Customer services: turnaround time, queuing time, accuracy, and productivity.

Minimum Requirements & Experience


• Matric certification

  • Must have - Telecom industry -sales
  • Product Knowledge
  • Promotions
  • Tech knowledge


• 45 hour shift work


•
Working hours are 08h00 – 19h00 Monday to Friday, and 08h00 – 17h00 Saturday and Sunday.


• Some of our stores operate until 21h00 on Fridays, and extended trading days


• Time off is given during the week (2 days), and 1 weekend off per month, as per scheduled monthly roster.

  • Contract : 3 months probation -extended based on performance
  • Salary: R per month
  • Location : Roodeport - Johannesburg
