We are currently seeking a senior Salesforce Developer (9+ years experience) to join our growing remote team. If you are passionate about building high-performing CRM solutions and thrive in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and other Salesforce tools.

* Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or custom services.

* Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

* Customize and configure Salesforce environments, including Workflows, Process Builders, and Flows.

* Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, triggers, and validation rules in accordance with best practices.

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver quality releases on time.

* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Requirements

* 9+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or in similar roles.

* Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript frameworks.

* Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.

* Proficiency with Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX)

* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including governor limits, bulk processing, and trigger design patterns.

* Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools and Version Control (Git, Bitbucket, or similar)

* Salesforce Developer (PD1 or PD2) or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.

* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

* Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
