Location: Silverlakes, Pretoria
Salary: R15 000 – R based on experience)
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 | Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  
  
• Apply JBCC contracts effectively across all projects.
  
  
• Coordinate between consultants, the main contractor, and the client.
  
  
• Coordinate with the H&S consultant who oversees operations together with the main contractor.
  
  
• Ensure a continuous flow of information between all parties involved.
  
  
• Follow up on outstanding matters and promote smooth project progression.
  
  
• Resolve problems and handle crisis situations efficiently.
  
  
• Maintain high standards of organization, communication, and accountability.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: BSc in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying (non-negotiable).

• Alternative Qualification: BTech in Construction Management will also be considered.

• Experience: 2–5 years in the project and construction management industry.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • MS Project (essential)

  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Sleutelaanwysings:

• Bestuur projektydlyne en verseker dat alle sperdatums nagekom word.

• Pas JBCC-kontrakte effektief toe in alle projekte.

• Koördineer tussen konsultante, hoof kontrakteur en kliënt.

• Koördineer met die "H&S" konsultant wat toesig hou saam met die hoof kontrakteur.

• Verseker 'n deurlopende vloei van inligting tussen alle betrokkenes.

• Volg op oor uitstaande sake en bevorder gladde projekvoortgang.
  

• Los probleme op en hanteer krisissituasies doeltreffend.

• Handhaaf hoë standaarde van organisasie, kommunikasie en verantwoordbaarheid.

Posvereistes:

• Minimum Kwalifikasie: BSc in Konstruksiebestuur of Hoeveelheidsopmeting (nie onderhandelbaar nie).

• Alternatiewe Kwalifikasie: BTech in Konstruksiebestuur sal ook oorweeg word.

• Ervaring: 2–5 jaar in die  of projek- en konstruksiebestuursbedryf.

• Tegniese Vaardigheid:

  • MS Project (vereis)

  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
