Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Psychometrist
to join our team on a
part-time, on-site
basis.

The Psychometrist will:

• Administer and interpret psychological and psychometric tests.
• Provide assessments for both individuals and corporate clients.
• Prepare detailed, professional assessment reports.
• Assist with career guidance, subject choice, and psycho-educational assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored psychometric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret a comprehensive range of
  compulsory psychometric assessments
  , including:
• Complexity Navigation Test (CNT)
• Electronic Complexity Navigation Test (e-CNT)
• Spider Assessment
• Belbin Team Roles
• EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Assessment
• Hogan Assessment Suite
• WAVE Professional Styles Assessment
• IMI (Intrinsic Motivation Inventory)
• GIP (General Intelligence Profile)
• Swift Cognitive Ability Tests
• Experience Survey
• Case Study Development Exercises
• Conduct assessments for individuals (career guidance, subject choice, and psycho-educational evaluations) and for businesses (pre-employment, leadership development, and corporate testing).
• Prepare clear, detailed, and professional assessment reports.
• Provide feedback sessions to individuals, parents, or employers, explaining results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and other stakeholders to design tailored psychometric solutions.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with
  HPCSA
  guidelines in all assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in psychometrics and apply best practices in assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and manage sensitive client data with confidentiality.
• Support organizational initiatives such as career development programs, workshops, and employee well-being strategies.
• Contribute to building strong, professional client relationships and represent the company positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
  as a
  Psychometrist
  .
• Relevant degree in
  Psychometry
  or a related field.
• Minimum
  5 years' experience
  in
  corporate psychometry
  .
• Mandatory accreditation and proven experience
  in administering and interpreting the following assessments:
• Complexity Navigation Test (CNT)
• e-CNT
• Spider
• Belbin
• EQ-i
• Hogan Assessment Suite
• WAVE (Professional Styles)
• IMI
• GIP
• Swift
• Experience Survey
• Case Study Development
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
• Must be comfortable working in corporate environments.
