Dynamic consulting engineering business seeking an experienced
PA/Office Administrator
to support the business owner and ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant to the Business Owner
:
Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle inbox, diary management, and correspondence
Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries to the relevant person
Office Administration:
Create, send, and follow up on quotations and invoices
Digital filing: establish project structures and files and ensure all documentation is accurate and correctly stored
Update and maintain client and contact databases
Purchase office supplies and manage stock levels
Complete documentation and forms as required
Finance & Bookkeeping:
Basic bookkeeping and debt collection
Proficient in small business accounting software (ie Xero/Pastel)
Requirements:
Proven track record of managing an office environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Own reliable transport
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
