Position Overview:

In the role of Patient Engagement & Sales Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for both prospective and current patients. Your responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, utilizing WhatsApp for patient communications, and addressing inquiries about our NHS, private, and cosmetic services. The goal is to provide stellar customer service, convert inquiries into patient bookings, and maintain high standards of follow-up communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, offering comprehensive information about our dental services.
  • Communicate with patients through WhatsApp, ensuring responses are both timely and professional.
  • Engage with potential patients to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
  • Schedule appointments accurately, capturing all necessary patient details.
  • Maintain precise patient records within our CRM system.
  • Address patient concerns and questions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work closely with our dental team to coordinate patient follow-up care.
  • Actively promote and detail our cosmetic offerings, such as teeth whitening and orthodontics.
  • Meet or exceed targets for booking new patients and promoting cosmetic services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in call sales or customer service, ideally within healthcare or dental sectors.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
  • Skilled in managing multiple communication channels, such as phone and WhatsApp.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology is advantageous but not required.
  • Driven and self-motivated with a dedication to achieving sales goals.
  • Availability to work during standard UK business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
