We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Dealer Principal at our automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales and service staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics, such as sales figures, gross profit, and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and report on financial results
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
• Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry, preferably as a Dealer Principal or Sales Manager
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful dealership operation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
