Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales and service staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics, such as sales figures, gross profit, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and report on financial results
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry, preferably as a Dealer Principal or Sales Manager
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful dealership operation
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
