UI Designer

As a UI Designer, you will own the visual and structural quality of our web experience. You'll shape how users interact with our brand online, create clean and modern interfaces, craft reusable design components, and collaborate closely with frontend to turn ideas into fully functional modules. This role is perfect for someone who lives in Figma, thinks in systems, and loves the intersection of aesthetics, structure, and performance.

MODERN WEB EXPERIENCE

• Design clean, modern, and consistent website interfaces that reflect the ITONICS brand.
• Plan intuitive navigation, page architectures, and user journeys.
• Apply UX best practices to streamline interactions and reduce friction.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design standards are met across all pages.
• Design Systems: Leverage and improve our Design System to streamline development and maintain design consistency.
• Illustration design: Improve/create icons/illustrations for all our channels.

VISUAL DESIGN & CONTENT ASSETS

• Create high-quality icons, graphics, illustrations, banners, and reusable UI elements.
• Build and maintain a scalable visual identity across the entire site.
• Design interactive components, micro-interactions, and animations.
• Optimize visual assets for page speed and performance.

INFRASTRUCTURE, FRAMEWORK & SYSTEM DECISIONS

• Work closely with frontend developers to create lightweight homepage and landing-page modules.
• Translate Figma concepts into developer-ready specifications.
• Ensure all designs are modular, feasible, and aligned with our design framework.
• Participate in implementation reviews to safeguard visual quality.

Infrastructure, Framework & System Decisions

• Support decisions on frameworks, UI libraries, templates, and reusable modules.
• Maintain scalable structures for layout systems, templates, and page flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure architecture supports both performance and creativity.

TECHNICAL SEO & PERFORMANCE

• Apply SEO-friendly design practices to improve visibility and ranking.
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals: layout stability, loading speed, and responsiveness.
• Ensure fully responsive layouts across all devices.
• Coordinate with content teams to align design and SEO strategy.

REQUIRED

• Degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Expert skills in Figma, including component design and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals and modern web patterns.
• Solid knowledge of HTML & CSS basics and how UI decisions affect frontend.
• Experience creating icons, illustrations, micro-interactions, and animations.
• Ability to work systematically, manage multiple deliverables, and hit deadlines.
• Strong visual taste and high attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in motion design or vector-based animations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, CMS/CRM ecosystems, or modular component-based systems.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and performance-driven design.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
