The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with day-

to-day operations and projects. This includes coordinating marketing activities, assisting

with content creation, preparing marketing materials, managing digital campaigns, and

ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is highly

organized, creative, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and a passion for

marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in helping customers with orders.

Assist with general admin.

Upload images and information to our ordering platform.

Co-ordinate printing and courier of marketing materials.

Assist with reporting needs.

Adhere to project lead times and production schedules.

Assist in developing internal and external communications and reports.

Coordinate and support multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring

deadlines are met.

Collaborate with the marketing team and pharmacy staff to maintain cohesive

branding and messaging.

Ensure artwork and copy meet accuracy standards and are supplied in the correct

format, size, and colour codes for production.

Contribute to content creation for social media, email campaigns, and marketing

collateral.

Support campaign performance tracking and assist with market research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month
