As a fast-growing, entrepreneurial fintech start-up, were shaking up the industry with innovation, agility, and the drive to turn bold ideas into real impact. Were now looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our corporate sales team and help us bring Konsise to even more organisations.

About The Vacancy
As a Sales Executive at Konsise, you'll manage your entire sales pipeline from start to finish. This means:

  • Cold prospecting and email outreach.
  • Setting and running meetings.
  • Delivering product demonstrations.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Closing deals.

To succeed, you'll need to be comfortable with a high level of cold calling and email prospecting, supported by structured, automated outreach sequences. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that all pipeline activity and forecasting is kept up to date in Zoho One CRM.

This is a highly results-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. You earn commission on every deal you close.

Management level of role: This is not a management role
Working hours 07h30 to 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30
Technical Knowledge And Skills

  • 3-5 years proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Strong cold calling and email prospecting skills.
  • Familiarity with structured, automated outreach sequences.
  • Proficiency in CRM management (Zoho One experience is advantageous), with disciplined pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech sales, ideally selling into corporates, accounting firms, or compliance teams (advantageous but not essential).

Education And Qualifications

  • Matric certificate (required).
  • A completed business degree or currently studying towards one (preferred).
