Job Overview:

As a Graduate Trainee in our Fleet Management team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the dynamic field of fleet management. You will be working closely with our experienced professionals and learning about all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, route planning, and driver management. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a great potential for growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in on-the-job training and shadow experienced fleet management professionals

- Learn and assist with vehicle maintenance and repair processes

- Assist with fuel management and monitoring fuel consumption

- Support in route planning and optimizing delivery schedules

- Learn and implement driver management strategies to ensure safety and efficiency

- Collaborate with team members to analyze data and identify areas for improvement

- Provide support in administrative tasks related to fleet management

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management

Requirements:

- Recent graduate with a degree in business, logistics, or a related field

- Strong interest in fleet management and willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
